LTD Seminars
Over the last year or so, the National LTD Program has been updating seminars within the entire leadership program. They will continue to update the seminars as required. If you have previously received seminars via a CD, you will want to logon the National LTD Program site and verify you have the latest seminars.

If you find while reviewing or presenting a seminar that something needs to be changed, deleted or added please forward your comments to us for review and forwarding.
Seminar Sign-in Sheet
In an effort to standardize how we do things, we request that you use the attached Seminar/Course sign-in sheet when giving a seminar.
Because there is a requirement to report all the great training we do, we request that once you have completed a seminar, at a minimum forward the name of the seminar, date, location, instructor(s) and number of people attending. If you have the capability we request you scan the Sign-in sheet and forward via email to us.

The Horizon Program is a focused day and a half series to jump start the attendee in the following concepts: Teambuilding, Expectations, Meetings & Gatherings, Communications, and the Officer Couple. This seminar teaches the basic concepts of how Chapter Officers function, basic skills for any member who is involved in a local Chapter and how volunteers are motivated and directed.

The Instructor Development and Certification (ID&C) program is the starting point for any member who is interested in becoming an Instructor in the Leadership Training Division. The course teaches classroom techniques and communication skills along with utilizing technology such as Microsoft Windows PowerPoint.
