Rule # 1 All participants must have FUN!
Rule # 2 Only Florida District Chapters may capture Billy the Bobber and must have a minimum of 3 participants.
Rule # 3 All Chapter Participants must arrive together at the location the plaque is being given away.
Rule # 4 All Chapter Participants must arrive within 30 minutes of the event start time.
Rule # 5 Chapter Directors (or designee) must present a paper copy of a Mapquest map to the Chapter giving away the Billy the Bobber.
Rule # 6 The Mapquest map must show the route and miles plus number of Chapter Participants.
Rule # 7 Miles must be computed from the prospective capturing Chapters monthly Gathering location to the Plaque Attack giveaway location using the shortest distance.
Rule # 8 Overall miles are calculated by multiplying the number of miles and Chapter Participants.
Rule # 9 The Chapter with the highest mileage total will capture Billy the Bobber.
Rule # 10 Any question as to miles traveled or other issues must be resolved at the time of the capture. Once the plaque has departed the point of capture, there is no recall.
Rule # 11 Hosting CD completes the verification form (Date, Capturing Chapter, Mileage, # of People, Total Points as determined by all eligible Chapters per Rules 5-10) and Host CD signs form to verify winner.
Rule # 12 A Chapter which has captured Billy the Bobber is not eligible to take it back from the Chapter that immediately captured it from. Billy the Bobber must pass through that Chapter and be in possession of another Chapter.
Rule # 13 The capturing Chapter must make Billy the Bobber available within 30 days of capture on a Saturday or Sunday.
Rule # 14 When in doubt refer to Rule 1!
